Larry Wilson speaks frequently throughout the year

Columbia to Australia, and numerous places in
between.
As the author of SafeStart®, an
advanced safety awareness training process, Larry
has compiled all his years of experiences into a
common sense approach to working safely both on and
off the job. With over 1,500,000 people trained, his
knowledge of safety has been validated by the
international success of SafeStart, which has
produced injury reductions of 50‐90% at more than
2,000 companies in 40+ countries and in 30+
languages around the world.
He uses entertaining anecdotes and stories that come
from over 25 years of experience assisting more than
500 companies with Behavior Based Safety Processes.
This makes Larry not only informative, but also one
of the most entertaining presenters in his field. In
addition to his Keynote presentations and addresses,
he also provides personal consultation with
Management groups.
As a father of young children, he is passionate
about reducing injuries not only in the workplace,
but also at home and on the road. He is the creator
of Boo Boo Bandits, a DVD designed for
prekindergarten children, which was awarded the
prestigious title of "Best Youth Series" in
2009 by The Other Venice Film Festival. Boo Boo
Bandits along with three other home series DVDs are
designed to not only keep employees safer, but their
families safer as well.
Larry is the author of 25 published articles
appearing in publications including OHS, ISHN and
BIC to name just a few. In addition to the articles,
he is also co‐author of the book, “Inside Out:
Rethinking Safety Management Paradigms” which is due
for release in 2011.
