Program Contents
The program includes a
Train the Trainer session, five detailed Leader's
Guides, 5 workbooks for Employees and 5 videotapes
showing sequences in various locations throughout
the hospital, as well as in the home and on the
highway.
Typical Delivery Method
The course is designed
to be led by a facilitator in a five-module (8-hour)
course presented in weekly instalments.
Instalments include: interactive lectures, workbook
activities, individual and group discussions, video
scenarios, and case studies.
