This series will
provide companies with another level of
accident/incident investigation techniques and
safety improvements. It will give
investigators the specific skills needed to enhance
their accident/incident
investigations using the SAFESTART concepts,
and provide all employees with skills they can use
to investigate their own minor injuries and close
calls. Overall this
