Introduction
SAFETRACK is an observation and feedback training program
designed by Larry Wilson to teach people how to make
effective safety observations in an observation and
feedback process. Using a video and workbook format
similar to SAFESTART it easily and effectively
teaches observers to identify critical behaviors,
how to communicate effectively, and make
improvements in themselves and the process.
Complete with a leader's guide this program
essentially replicates the one-on-one observation
training that Larry has been conducting at thousands
of sites over the last 20 years so that other safety
professionals can achieve the same level of success
at their site.
