1-Day
Overview Workshops

Session Overview
Attending this 1-Day
Workshop will change the way
you think about safety. First,
we deliver an in-depth presentation on the concepts, techniques and learning
design used in the program to improve the safety
awareness and skills
of employees on- and off-the-job.
It’s not about safety compliance,
rules, procedures,
or engineering—it’s about
improving personal
safety skills so people can avoid
incidents before
they occur.
In both self-discovery and group
exercises, you will
learn about risk, the 4 critical
errors leading to most
injuries and the 4 states people
are in when they
make those errors— rushing,
frustration,
fatigue
and
complacency.
Most importantly you will learn
4 critical error reduction
techniques to combat those
states and errors.
You will be able to evaluate this
proven training
course under the guidance of our experienced consultants and
trainers.
Attendees tell us this workshop
provided immeasurable
value to their personal and
