“We
went four years without an OSHA recordable.
Additionally, we applied the SafeStart methodology
in the areas of production and quality and that
helped us obtain a considerable reduction in quality
and production problems.”

Half-Day Leadership Workshops

Session Overview
In four hours, you
will learn how a simple safety training program
designed to improve personal safety skills can
have wide-spread, corporate advantages that
extend well beyond its primary goal of keeping
your employees safe.
Of course employee safety is priority one—with
us and with you—so this session will introduce
safety professionals to the proven concepts
SafeStart employs to reduce workplace injuries
quickly and significantly. But this session also
examines the many other benefits SafeStart
brings to a company.
Executive and financial management will be able
to assess SafeStart based on its proven
financial merits. Together, with the safety
department’s input and objectives, they will be
able to formulate the business case for safety
and make the direct connection between saving
lives and saving money.
Plant/Site managers
and human resource managers will learn about the
many other benefits SafeStart brings—increases
in productivity, and improved quality control
resulting from positive morale and
universally-applicable error reduction skills.
