2-Day
Comprehensive Workshops

Session
Overview
On the first day you
will learn about the concepts, techniques and
learning design used to improve the safety
awareness and skills of employees on- and
off-the-job (see 1-Day
Workshops for more details).
The second day focuses on teaching the course
“hands-on” to a peer group with guidance and
instruction from the workshop leader. You will
complete the course and see how it can be
implemented in your workplace. You will have the
opportunity to review your specific questions
and challenges with an experienced SafeStart
consultant.
For those who have not yet decided whether to
implement SafeStart, attending this 2-Day
Workshop will allow you to fully evaluate the
program.
For those who will be training others in
SafeStart at their organization, this completes
your mandatory trainer certification.
Either way, participants will have a unique
opportunity to spend the second day in a small
group with the workshop leaders, providing
plenty of one-on-one time discussing training,
safety, pitfalls and critical success factors.
